For our clients inside South Korea our preferable time is 2 p.m to 5 p.m KST, Monday - Friday.
but due to time difference for clients outside of South Korea We try to arrange another time within the business days.
We do not give technical support over the phone.

3. Please let us know your telephone number: company or cell phone and the time you are available. For clients Outside Korea we must receive your call back request 12 hours in advance. Our system might not send you an auto response but your inquiry will be assigned to our staff. You can also send a call back request by going to http://www.internetbrothers.co.kr/contact
and choose " callback request " category however both forms are forwarded to the same department so please do not send multiple tickets. Unless your inquiry does not need to be discussed over the phone we always respond to a call back request so please wait for our staff. To save time and get a faster response please make sure you let us know about your inquiry in advance.
