Do you put any limitation on MAX user connection?
No limitation on max user connection however if the server is overloaded with an excessive number of tables or queries in some cases we reserve the right to place some restrictions.
What about security updates? Is this managed?
Yes . We manage the database and take care of all security updates. You can concentrate on your business and not the management part.
Can I choose when database is updated?
All updates are done in early morning Korea standard time. Customers can not ask for the updates to be done on specific time however we notify all customers in advance. When there is an update we need to reboot our servers.
How can I connect to my DB?
After we set up your account we will send you your DB information, ID, IP and password. You will be able to connect to your database by using a SSMS(SQL Server Management Studio)
