Do you also provide windows shared hosting?

Yes, If you’re interested in customized Windows shared hosting plans, we offer a variety of options that can be tailored to your specific needs. While the details aren’t available on this page, you can visit our contact page and provide us with your project and requirements. We’ll promptly send you a quote on the same day.

Why do you charge me tax?

At our company, we offer tax-free service for customers located outside of South Korea. When you make a purchase and register on our website, the tax on your invoice will automatically update based on your selected country. If you choose South Korea as your country of residence, a 10% tax will be added to your invoice. Please be aware that falsifying information to avoid taxes is not permitted. We carefully review all orders for accuracy, and any inconsistencies may cause a delay in processing your order. If you are a foreigner currently living in South Korea, we will need to charge you tax. However, if you move out of the country, please let us know and we will update your account accordingly to exclude VAT.

I am in Korea I need Tax Invoice 세금계산서

If you are conducting business in Korea, please make your payment through our bank account and provide us with your business information to receive a tax invoice. The required information includes your business registration number, name, address, business type, and industry category. In addition, please provide us with the contact information of the person in charge of tax invoices, including their name, mobile phone number, and email address for electronic tax invoices.

If you do not understand Korean, you can attach a scan of your certificate in a ticket and send it to us online.

If you are not conducting business but are a Korean national, you are entitled to receive a tax invoice. After making your payment, please open a ticket with us and provide your Korean identification number and address. An electronic tax invoice will be sent to your email after payment is confirmed.

Our staff is in Korea. should I ask our korean office to proceed?

You don’t need to ask your staff in Korea to register an account and act on your behalf. You can register yourself and proceed with the process. However, if you prefer, you can add their email address as a contact point after you complete the registration. Once you’ve registered on our website and accessed your profile section, you can add as many contacts as you’d like and grant them different permissions. For example, you can allow them to receive notifications about future invoices and make payments on your behalf.

We’ve provided services to many international companies in Korea, so we understand your needs well. In most cases, we’ll contact your office in Korea and make any necessary adjustments on your behalf.

And if I spam or do phishing Scams ?

With years of experience under our belt, we take our responsibility to maintain a safe and secure environment very seriously. Any attempt to send spam or engage in phishing scams using our servers is not only a waste of your time but ours as well. We have implemented various security measures on our servers and proactively monitor everything that occurs.

If we detect mass email activity from a domain or relay, we will conduct a thorough investigation. In the event that we discover any suspicious behavior, we will immediately suspend your account and take all necessary steps to prevent others from becoming victims. Any relevant information such as IP addresses, related domains, etc. will be thoroughly investigated and reported to the authorities.

I do not have a domain can I still buy hosting?

The decision regarding what to do with your hosting space ultimately depends on your specific needs. While hosting and domain registration are separate entities, they do work in conjunction with each other. Typically, we expect our shared hosting customers to have an active domain, but if you’re interested in only acquiring hosting space, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to assist you with your unique requirements.

What is premium anycast DNS?

Our premium Anycast DNS service is designed to minimize downtime and reduce latency, thereby enhancing the availability of your website’s resources online. Anycast achieves this by utilizing fewer internet hops, resulting in instant cache updates and significantly reduced latency.

With redundant servers located across multiple regions, your website’s availability will be greatly improved. For instance, if a server in one region undergoes maintenance, the service will automatically reroute traffic to another region with the best possible route. This ensures that your website remains available to users at all times, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.

How Long Will It Take For My host To Be Ready For Use?

Although our proprietary provisioning system can prepare your server within minutes, we have implemented semi-automation to prevent illegal activities and fraud. As a result, we review each of your orders to ensure their validity. Generally, this process will only take a few hours, unless we come across any issues. We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your emails and respond to them promptly so that we can complete your setup as soon as possible.

Should I pay in Korean currency?

The Korean currency option is exclusively for customers ordering from within South Korea. By choosing this option, you can receive a tax invoice if necessary. When paying within Korea, we only accept bank transfers. However, please note that you can proceed with your order using any currency, as long as you have a Korean address and provide us with your Korean cell phone number.

During the final stage of your order, simply select “Bank” as your payment method. Once we receive your order, we will immediately check your account and adjust the currency accordingly if you are located in Korea. We will then send you an SMS with the details of our bank account, and you can make the payment right away. This process typically takes no more than an hour or two, and your invoice will be marked as paid once the payment is complete.

Once payment is made, your account will be automatically created, and instructions on how to access your account will be sent to your email address. If you require any assistance, our customer service team is always available to help. You can submit a help request ticket online through our client area, and we will respond promptly.

What does unlimited mean?

Regarding the unlimited database feature:

This means that you can create as many databases as you need, and we do not set any limits on the number of databases that your account can create. For instance, if you want to install multiple applications that require a database, such as WordPress, you can do so without any restrictions.

On the other hand, if you have only one database, you will need to store all the information for each application in that same database. While this is possible, it can become confusing and is generally not recommended as a good practice. Therefore, our unlimited database feature allows you to manage your applications and databases more efficiently, making it easier for you to organize and access your data.

Why should I host in South Korea?

In general, it is recommended to host your web servers as close as possible to your audience.

The number of routers that data has to cross between your site visitors’ dial-up connection and your web hosting server should be minimized. This is especially important if your visitors are located in regions such as Asia, including Japan, Korea, China, and so on.

What CMS ( Content management system) Do you support?

You can install any Content Management System (CMS) on any of our hosting plans. This includes popular platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, and many others

If you are unsure about whether a particular CMS is compatible with our hosting plans or have any specific requirements, please let us know by providing us with the CMS information page and requirements. In most cases, we are able to come up with a solution that will meet your needs.

Will you transfer my old host to your host for free?

When it comes to transferring your website to our hosting service, the process can vary depending on your website and the type of control panel that your previous host used.

If you choose to request it, we can transfer the primary domain of your hosting account free of charge within 10 days of signing up. However, please note that additional domains or subdomains are not included in this free transfer service.

Typically, most transfers are completed within 48 hours. However, depending on the nature of the transfer and the number of transfers currently in progress, it may take up to 72-96 hours to complete everything. We support major control panels such as Directadmin, Plesk, and others, but we mostly accept Cpanel to Cpanel transfers. If you’re using a host without any control panel, please contact us first.

To ensure a successful transfer, we will need access to your control panels, login information, databases, and more. If full access information is not provided within 24 hours after requesting the transfer, the ticket will be closed. Please note that customers are responsible for any further adjustments needed for their website after the transfer is complete.

Will my hosting IP be in Korea?

Yes, if you choose our hosting service, your website will be hosted in a data center located in Korea, with a Korean IP address. While our support team is based in Korea, we will provide support in English language.

I am already hosting with another company, what should I take into account before transferring to you?

As long as you have administrative access to your domain name, you can login and make changes to the domain’s settings, such as changing the name servers. If you choose to sign up for our hosting service, you can simply change your name servers to our name servers. It’s important to note that you can also choose to keep your main hosting with another company while hosting a portion of your website with us. For instance, you could host a subdomain like korea.yourdomain.com with us while hosting yourdomain.com somewhere else.

If you need help with any of this, simply contact us and we will guide you through the process. We can also assist you with transferring your cpanel website to our hosting service.

Can I contact support 24/7?

Yes, our technical support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any issues or questions you may have. However, we recommend that you avoid contacting us during weekends and holidays, and also take into account the time zone difference if you are not in Korea. If you contact us during our office hours, we will be able to respond to your inquiries faster as we have more technicians available at our data center.

How secure is your hosting?

We take the security of our system very seriously and have implemented various measures to prevent hacking attempts and hardware failures. All of our servers are located in our own highly secure data centers in South Korea, and access to them is tightly controlled and limited to essential personnel only. In addition, we use secure firewall technology with multiple layers of protection. Depending on the shared hosting plan you choose, you may also have CloudLinux enabled, which adds an additional layer of security to your account.

What websites are not allowed?

It’s important to read and understand our terms of service and FAQ before signing up for our hosting. We have strict guidelines and do not allow adult sites or gambling websites. If you sign up with us and violate these terms without our knowledge, your hosting account will be terminated immediately without warning.
